This is a 8 year old General Contracting Company that services major retail and commercial clients. It specializes in the set-up and renovation (change-out) of store and facility interiors. The company provides complete or partial installation/renovation depending on client needs. This includes all mechanical, electrical, interior partitions, displays, etc. They have established a unique position with some of the nations’ largest retailers and provide their services on a national level. They have also developed an additional unique service in conjunction with their major client where they provide warehousing and staging services for all materials needed to either set-up or change-out a new or existing store. The client pays for this outsourced service including the cost of the facility, adding to their income stream, and also sets this contractor apart from his competition. They have also added a sales rep to increase their sales effort and as a result are adding new customers and improving margins. This has generated excellent results in 2005. They are also starting 2006 with a solid backlog.
