commercial and the remainder residential.
With a proven, long-term SD cash flow between $160,000 to $240,000, a buyer can recoup his initial cash investment of $175,000 in a
little bit more than a year. Free cash flow (after debt service/ acquisition) is in excess of $120,000. Due to very special circumstances, it
is projected that a qualified buyer can significantly increase cash flow. The business is pre-qualified on an SBA lending basis, there is no
