Our client is successfully operating two children learning centers, each booked at more than 75% capacity. The centers are operating
under a national franchise, which is considered to be THE market leader in its field. The franchise has (and is) incurring substantial
expenses in promoting the brand name and the quality of education. The seller has a territorial exclusive contract for each center. The
seller has been building attendance with targeted marketing campaigns, and has experienced 45% growth in the past three years, with
55% growth projected for the next three years. Profitability is projected to increase by 50% for the same period, given the fixed cost
nature of the business. A significant growth component will be due to the approval by the Federal Government s NCLB program (No Child
Left Behind) for these two centers. Not only will this qualification provide a competitive advantage versus other centers, but it will also
have a significant revenue expansion impact, specifically, as municipal schools increasingly outsource learning services for
disadvantaged children. Each center has a stable employee base and the owner is very motivated in making this an easy ownership
