Three year-old mortgage brokerage has been built based on Loan Tool Box philosophies, such as the "81-step Perfect Loan Process". This approach has set a new standard for lending and has enabled the business to grow rapidly into a very profitable firm in the past three years. It allows the loan officer to easily handle multiple loan portfolios, while over-delivering to client expectations. Accordingly, the Company consistently receives a large number of referrals from Agents and borrowers, with loans in process, or shortly thereafter.
