Accounts are serviced on weekly basis, cleaning consists of the pool areas and other common areas of the condominium, walls, steps, sidewalks, clubhouses, etc. Monthly billing is currently $2560 plus extras. Also providing some home watch/inspection services. Present owner only works about 25 hours per week. Plenty of room for expansion.
