Renovates, remodels, & repairs condos in two 300-unit seniors developments, one in Sarasota & one in Venice. A third 300-unit tower to be done within a year. When a condo is bought or sold they are called in to renovate/remodel the condo, replacing carpets & floorboards & crown moulding, repainting, etc. It is an ongoing, continuous business since these are seniors complexes and tenants often move into other condos on the site when they require more nursing care.
