Description of the facilities
Presently, the company's 500' production studio is located in a renovated warehouse building in downtown Seattle. Production equipment, including a gas stove, utility sink, molds, pots, packaging materials, ingredients and more on hand are included in the sale price. Rent for the studio is $525 per month, and there can be a possible transfer of the lease to the new business owner.
