I will gladly train and share knowledge of business, products, and vendors. I will work for 2-4 weeks, 1-2 weeks in store and 1-2 weeks by phone unless other arrangements need to be made. I will introduce you to my vendors and familiarize new owner with products, website, ect. Store is very well organized for a fast take over.

Description of the facilities
The building space is 2498 square feet 10 foot ceilings, large picture windows, central heat, and a/c (hvac system). The rent is currently $1830.31 with the maintenance cost for 2 units being $399.67 monthly. Currently paying $8.78 per square foot. The original lease was signed here in October 2004 for 5 years with option for 5 more years and then 5 more years with an increase yearly less a percentage each year renewed.
