Due to the fact that the actual printing and distribution of the magazines is handled by outside contractors, the business premises from which the future operations could be based can be quite simple. A home-office arrangement would work well due to the fact that the solicitation of advertisers is made either through telephone calls or personal appointments at the advertiser’s place of business. There is no compelling reason for the purchaser to obligate themselves to expensive overhead costs.
