Marketing is done through direct mail coupons, newspaper and yellow page ads. They also have radio and TV spots. As well as a large suburban clientele, Town Cleaners provides cleaning to all local Police and Fire Departments, numerous high schools/colleges, restaurants and other companies with uniforms.

Both stores have the same landlord and the 2 assignable leases convey with the sale. Leases are good through 2009 with 3 - 5 year options extending into 2024. The storage facility lease is also assignable. All rents include insurance, maintenance and taxes.
