Pest Shield provides a state of the art pest prevention system from the exterior of a persons home. Homeowners do not need to be there for the service to be provided.
Using tubing, installed during a homes construction, Pest Shield technicians deliver a carefully measured amount of pest control material throughout the perimeter of a home. This pest controll material is carried by the tubing through the walls joints where the bugs tradtionally enter and nest. This barrier creates a pest prevention pipeline or barrier to pest entry. Pest prevention chemicals can be applied from the perimeter of the home without the need for the homeowners to be home during the quarterly service. Upside: Additional new home developers allowing tubing to be installed. On average 33& of all installations turn into long term customers. Greater penetration of the 4500 homes that already have tubing installed.

Owners will provide as much transitional support as needed in adition to ensuring ongoing relationships with current builders.

1000 sq ft rental facility. Minimal assets required to profide service so the storage requirments are small. The main function of the facility is storage of tubing and pest deterent materials.
