These “aftermarket” or “generic” parts are found in such products as Sears Die-Hard batteries, Monroe shocks and Midas Mufflers as they are replacements to the original parts installed during the manufacturing process.

Description of the facilities
The primary business location is near the interstate highway system which allows for easy access by incoming freight carriers as well allowing the local sales force ready access to their many customer locations. The land and building from which the business is headquartered could be included in the sale. The building is approximately 34,000 square feet of warehouse and office area which is situated on one (1) acre of land and is zoned for light commercial use. It is believed that this tract of improved real estate will have a market value of $800,000.
The two other business locations are operated from leased facilities both of which are 8,000 square feet in area.
