Company Management will train the Buyer(s) for 60 days at 30 hours per week following the close of escrow. Additionally, the "key" employee, who completely knows how to run the back office part of the business, is willing to stay with the firm.

Description of the facilities
The Company currently uses approximately 600-700 sq. ft of office space in a building owned by the Sellers. They would allow the new owner 90 days to relocate. Because there is no "walk-in" clientele, a new owner could choose to work virtually anywhere on Maui. It is estimated that $10,000 per year should cover the cost of replacement office space.
