. This is an elite, family-oriented company that has been in business for over 15 years. We pride ourselves in offering one-on-one communications and great relationships with our customers.
This year we have over 160 pools and 20 spas that we service on a weekly basis. We tend to both gunite and vinyl pools and have sizes ranging from under 800 square feet to over 1600 square feet. The spas we service are both self- and non-self contained. In addition to the weekly servicing, we perform nearly 200 openings and closings. At this time, we are not in the business of new construction, but have been in the past. This is an area that the new owner could consider for increased profits.
We are a home-operated business and lease all buildings. We currently manage with a home office and two storage facilities. The storage facilities are 677 and 480 square feet. Our lawyers tell me both locations are zoned residential.
