broker, and merger & acquisition practitioner since 2002. Mr. DeGroot is
also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Montana, and
holds a private pilot's license. Prior to joining Compass Advisors in
2002, DeGroot was a small business entrepreneur. Appraisal engagements
have been performed for deal negotiation and buyout scenarios.
