I am the owner of the company and have been practicing since 1980 as a business broker. My wife, Kay, entered the business brokerage field in 1992. We specialize in selling Convenience stores, liquor stores, gas stations, dry Cleaners and Laundromats. We market our business to everyone and also have an advantage in the Asian market. Kay speaks Korean and specializes in the Korean community. A majority of the dry cleaner owners are Koreans and Asians. Currently the Korean own about 40% of the dry cleaning business in Massachusetts and many Laundromats are owned by Koreans and other Asians. Speaking Korean and Chinese their native language helps our Buyer feel confident in working with us. We advertise in this market by using Korean newspapers, Vietnamese newspapers, Chinese news papers, .and other standard advertising media, Dry Cleaning News, The Boston Globe, Internet, our web site, and any regional or local papers the business is located.
