The need for the Buyer’s Advocate Program grew from a number of requests made by buyers for assistance in the process of evaluating and purchasing businesses directly from owners and / or through “transaction brokered” deals where they (the buyer) had no representation. Under this new program, the following will be provided. We will have an “agency” relationship with you. We will interact on your behalf between all parties. We will review all financials provided; prepare a Business Valuation; and an Opinion of Value for your review. We will assist you in the negotiations. We will “check list" you to make sure that all pre-closing issues are handled. Finally, we will coordinate with the closing attorney to make sure all the correct documentation is delivered to him in a timely manner.
